Once you've been approved as a PRO Operator, you can begin setting up your locations within the Stern IC App's PRO Portal. Creating locations allows you to organize your machines and, for public locations, makes them discoverable by pinball players on the location map.
Step 1: Open the PRO Portal
- Open and login to the Stern IC App.
- Tap the "More" section, located as the bottom right navigation item (represented by three dots ...).
- From the "More" menu, click on "PRO Portal."
Step 2: Click "Add New Location"
- Within the PRO Portal, look for and tap the "Add New Location" button.
Step 3: Choose Privacy Type
- You will be prompted to choose the privacy type for your new location.
- Important: Only locations marked as Public will appear on the Stern IC App's location map for pinball players to discover (when there are games registered to that location).
Step 4: Fill Out Location Details
- Complete all the required information for your location, including:
- Location Name
- Address
- Any other relevant details
- Once all details are entered, save your new location.
TIP: Managing Your Locations
You have full control over your locations. You can remove any location or edit its details (such as name, address, or privacy setting) at any time directly within the PRO Portal.
