Becoming a PRO Operator allows you to manage locations, register machines, and have your public locations show up in the Stern Insider Connected location directory for pinball players to discover. Follow these simple steps to apply:

Step 1: Download the Stern IC App

First, you'll need to download the Stern IC App on your mobile device.

For Android users: Download from the Google Play Store.
For Apple (iOS) users: Download from the Apple App Store.

Step 2: Sign Up or Log In

New Users:

Open the Stern IC App.
Tap on "Create An Account."
After confirming your email and logging in, select the option "I want to become a pro operator."

Existing Users:

Open the Stern IC App and log in to your existing account.
Tap the "More" section, located as the bottom right navigation item (represented by three vertical dots ...).
From the "More" menu, choose "Apply to be an Operator."

Step 3: Fill Out Information and Await Approval

Complete the required information in the application form & confirm your business email.
Once submitted, please wait for an email from the Team at Stern regarding the status of your application. They will notify you whether you have been approved.

Step 4: Use the PRO Portal!

Once your application is approved, you will see a new "Operator PRO Portal" option appear in the "More" menu of your Stern IC App. This portal is your central hub for:

Creating locations under your business.
Registering and managing your machines.
Exploring the tools available to PRO Operators.
